Eric Bradford Warren
Founder and Creative Director
I started Rogue Design Group in 1993. For over 30 years I’ve built brands that helped businesses say the right thing to the right people in a way that drives decisions. But at this point in my career, I’d rather work for causes, not corporations.
Mission
To create effective communications that help Democrats win.
Vision
Opportunity for everyone.
Values
Excellence—Doing my best in every situation.
Clarity—The ability to accurately interpret and reflect reality.
Simplicity—Eliminate the unnecessary so the necessary may speak.
Integrity—Accountability for my words and actions.
Growth—The discipline to keep sharpening my craft.
Philosophy
Democrats don’t lose because of bad policies or bad candidates. We lose because we talk to ourselves. We mistake policy for persuasion. The voters who decide competitive elections aren’t waiting for a party platform. They’re waiting for someone who speaks their language and earns their trust. That’s a branding problem. It’s what I do.
Strength
I excel at making complex issues clear.
Approach
A brand is a good story, well told. The best stories connect emotionally before they land intellectually.
Practice
I’ve been self-employed for over three decades. I’m confident, efficient, and comfortable working in all kinds of organizations. I manage resources carefully and work hard to meet deadlines.
Flexibility
I’ve built and led remote teams for decades. Geography is no obstacle. The right people can work from anywhere.
Politics
Proudly progressive. Profoundly practical. I believe in means-testing and adapting in order to succeed.
“Vocation is the place where our deep gladness and the world’s deep hunger meet.”
